I've renamed this blog... I've left my old posts because they are a part of my life. However, I have now decided to share the journey of my "Life Change" through a few other venues including the writing of a book... currently in the hands of an editor. So I am connecting this blog to my other blogs, pages, etc. as well to share my journey that got me into my skinnyjeans in my mid 40's and the recipes that are helping to keep me in them!
